Contact an Asian ticket consolidator (bucket shop) in the metro Houston area. I'm sure there must be one there. They will have the lowest prices even lower than online. If you can be somewhat Flexible in your itinerary you can save even more. I think there could be direct flights to MNL or Hong Kong from Houston. Don't fly PAL or Northworst high prices and poor service.

If you take the 1 stop Singapore airlines flight, the total time from gate to gate is estimated at 22 hours ( yikes!). Currently its 842am in Houston, and 942pm in Singapore. Same day.

its ok. probably better then continentals seats

I heard its pretty good. There is direcTV onboard (you get your own small screen) and they give entire cans of drinks (not just a cup)

jetblue is the best. comfy leather seats, lots of leg room, and directv at every seat. enjoy the flight!

If you remove the bad publicity JetBlue received from the Valentine's Day fiasco in New York, they are one of the top discount carriers. The airline was ranked in the top 5 companies in terms of customer service (before the Valentine's Day fiasco). They are still a good airline to fly. You will enjoy your flight.

Okay. I am currently searching Orbitz.com for one adult. You can catch a non-stop flight on November 4 to 9th with Continental for $776 with taxes. You can get one stop in Phoenix with US Airways for $526 with taxes. The same prices are on the 3rd as well.
