(Dulles) $207 each way Southwest Airlines From: Houston (Hobby) to Baltimore-Washington $177 each way Jetblue From: Houston (Hobby) to Washingto D.C. (Dulles) From: $336 to D.C. and $154 return Those are the cheapest I could find.
