If you fly non-stop from Houston to London, it will take around 9 hours and 10 minutes. I think that the airlines that fly non-stop are Continental Airlines and British Airways. Hope that helps!

After checking it out, it's reported to be around a little over 9 hours for a non-stop flight, not certain though. It also all depends on the type of plane, number of stops, the weather, etc. Last time I went to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we took a non-stop flight on a jumbo jet and I recall it taking us around the same time (close to 9 hours), although it was awhile back. So it seems about close. Hope that helps!

I'm assuming you mean a nonstop flight. When I checked British Airways, it said the flight was 9 hours and 10 minutes from Houston (Bush) to Heathrow. That's also what Continental Airlines said when I checked them on that same route. http://yfrog.com/0rpicture1ohsj

According to my investigations, by means of AMADEUS, I found no direct flights from Houston to Jo'burg. The shortest flight (including changes) is the Delta service to Atlanta and then from Atlanta to Jo'burg. Journey time is 18 hours 15 mins Hope this helped, JPJ

A non-stop flight is around 5 hours. Non-stop flights are quite a bit more expensive though. Having 1 stop would make the total trip around 8hours. Weather, winds, and air traffic could effect this.

actual flight time is only 4hr30min give or take a couple minutes. ive worked that flight several times.

why is it so hard to find a non stop flight from houston to aruba?
i went to aruba about 5 years ago and it doesnt seem like it was this hard to find a non stop flight from here to aruba. i've been searching and all i can find have to stop in north carolina or miami then to aruba which seems crazy. i also didnt have to pay near as much as they are asking for the tickets. is there a reason why or is it simply the economy or what??

The reason you can't find a non-stop flight from Houston is because there aren't any. Delta has a one-stop flight through Atlanta. Airfares are very high these days, and the summer peak travel season doesn't help either.

Houston is a major hub for Continental and I am surprised they do not have a flight to Aruba. If Continental does not have a flight, then you are out of luck. Maybe the airline did have a flight but demand was not high enough to keep it.
