Class 1A Army Flight Physicals in Houston?
I'm putting together my warrant officer packet and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a flight physical done at without driving all the was to Fort Sam Houston. Is there some where closer where I can get this done at?

depends on where you are coming from and when you want to get here.

where are you flying out of?

depends on where the flight originates. generally speaking, continental (houston is the hub city) and southwest have the best fares

well flying out of houston its 116 for an unacompanied minor but i dont know for an adult but the airport should be BUSH cause thats the best airport in houston. and u should fly continnental cause the cheapest airway that i know of hope that helps

Southwest has deals going on right now. If you are coming from the States, one round trip shouldn't cost more than $200.

Hi, Looking into flying from Houston to BKK non stop flight around april this year for just 2 week vacation......went around the net looking for it like crazy but no luck....please help me...thanks so much...

There are no non-stops from Houston to BKK according to Travelocity. Qatar Airways changes planes in Doha, Qatar Emirates Airlines changes planes in Dubai British Airways changes planes in London Air France changes planes in Paris Lufthansa changes planes in Frankfurt Continental changes planes in Tokyo Prices vary depending on your dates.... I plugged in 4/14 and 4/28 and the lowest prices was on Qatar for $1419.

Yep - we are going to Thailand in June and looked for fllights - didn't see any non stop flights from the U.S. to BKK Then again, we are flying with ZED tickets.....

You can't! The plane has to stop for fuel and to pack extra food. The cheapest airline to fly there would be Northwest Airlines. I'm flying to Malaysia with them next month and it only costs me a little over $1k.

The only non-stop flight from the US to BKK is one daily Thai Airways flight from LAX, it's normally not cheap either. From Houston, you more than likely will need to make two stops, one on the west coast on one in Asia to find a good fare. You might find a non-stop flight to other Asian cities from Houston, but not to Bangkok and will need to make at least one stop. China Airlines through Taipei is often the least expensive airline to BKK from many US cities, they show a 2 stop flight in April from Houston for about US$1,080 total. The Thai New Year or Songkran is from Apr. 13-15 and airfares to BKK can be higher right around that time. If you can be a little flexible with your dates and travel a week or more before and after Songran, airfares can be lower. Otherwise, check Kayak.com, they search multiple airline and travel websites to find the best prices. Check other Asian airlines too, they often have specials to Bangkok. Cathay Pacific, Asiana, Eva Airways, Malayasia Airlines Korean Airlines, Singapore Airlines and some others are some of the airlines that fly from the US to Bangkok.

Is this enough time for flight connections in Heathrow
Is this enough time for flight connections in Heathrow?
I booked a flight from Houston to Barcelona through British Airways. There is a connecting flight (through Iberia) in Heathrow. I arrive at terminal 5, and depart at terminal 3 four hours later. Will this be enough time?

That's plenty of time. If you book a whole trip that includes a connection, the airline (BA) is responsible for your connection. If your flight from Houston is so delayed that you miss the connection, BA will rebook you for free on another flight.

4 hours? Of course. Thats WAY more then enough time. i would say 60-90 mins is about what you would need.

Plenty of time. But if flight gets delayed from Houston, trouble!!!!!!!!!!

Yes.. It's plenty of time. Make sure you check your bags all the way through to Barcelona if they will let you. Some airlines don't have an interline agreement and will make you claim, and recheck your luggage at your connection point.. That means you will have to go through the whole security thing again at Heathrow. You should still have plenty of time even if that happens though... Enjoy your trip! :)
